The seventh and last volume published posthumously with the assistance of James Watts who traveled some twenty thousand miles with the author.

Volume 5 has tipped in letter signed by the photographer James Watts 1910.

Several of the volumes contain a slip 'with compliments' signed by James Watts.

Various newspaper clippings circa.1910 loosely inserted.

Condition: Original red and tan cloth boards with gilt blocked decoration to upper boards with gilt title to spine. Some expected fading and softening to cloth spines. Uncut pages. All volumes remain solid with no loose pages. An impressive complete set in very good condition.
